We are currently looking for motivated, passionate, and experienced servers for our FOH team at Unconventional Diner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Experience 
• provide a high level of personalized service, ensuring the highest standard of guest experience.
• greet guests with grace and professionalism, creating a welcoming and refined ambiance. 
• learn and offer recommendations, and detailed information about the menu, including wine pairing and special features.
• Take precise and detailed orders, considering guest preferences.
2. Table Service
• Serve courses using proper etiquette and presentation standards.
• Liaison with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate preparation and timely delivery of meals and beverages.
• Set and clear table as per Unconventional Diner's standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and address them discreetly and promptly. 
3. Team Collaboration 
• Collaborate seamlessly with other staff, including kitchen and bar personnel, to deliver a coordinated and exceptional dining experience. 
• Communicate effectively with the FOH and BOH team to maintain a cohesive and efficient service flow. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ previous experience in upscale restaurant settings 
• Exception communication and interpersonal skills, projecting an elegant and composed demeanor. 
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure. 
• A keen eye for attention to detail and delivering top-tier service in an fast volume dining setting.
