Signature Bar is looking for a passionate hospitality professional with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Works directly with the Ownership to promote a strong and unified leadership
dynamic, while maintaining complete communication between FOH and BOH
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality standards
- Foster a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for guests
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and guest preferences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
