Job Details

We are looking for Full-time and/or Part-time line cooks to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

Compensation is $17.25 per hour, with an additional average of ~$7+ per hour in tips

Please be able to meet these requirements before applying:
*2 years of experience as a line cook, hot and cold.
*Weekend availability.
*Available for AM and PM shifts (first shift starts as early as 7am, last shift ends as late as 7pm)
*Must have a CA food handler certificate
*An interest in organic, health-conscious foods and specialty diets is a plus!

Amara Kitchen has two locations, one in Highland Park and one in Altadena. We are a small but growing restaurant and catering company. Our goal is to serve food that makes everyone who eats it feel great. We serve organic produce and free-range meat sourced locally. Our innovative but simple menu is designed to accommodate all, regardless of dietary needs. We have something for almost everyone's food preferences. We want to create a place where people not only come for our quality food but also for the ambiance and the friendly staff.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.25) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $300
