lou nashville is looking to hire a sous chef to lead a team of experienced cooks and assist the executive chef, Mailea Weger, with menu development and kitchen operations. lou is a small, chef driven restaurant located in an old house in East Nashville and is open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner and Saturday and Sunday for brunch. we are looking for an individual who loves to cook seasonally, using local ingredients that change constantly. we need a chef who can adapt, think creatively, manage their own time, and match the pace of our fast-paced, dynamic kitchen. an ideal candidate:
