Job Details

Gozu is seeking a dedicated and professional individuals to join our kitchen team.

Requirements : A culinary degree is preferred but not required, professional, positive attitude, determined work ethic, communication skills, ability to work alone as well as with a team, experience within a fine dining/Michelin environment.  We are a small team so the ability to wear several hats throughout the day is essential.

40-45hrs/5 day week

2 Paid breaks annually

Paid health insurance

About GOZU:
GOZU is a tasting experience deeply focused on elevating the Wagyu breed while displaying its versatility and nuance through the craft of robata and the preparation of the animal in its entirety.  We offer a nine course menu nightly Tuesday -Saturday.
