Job Details
Opening in early Summer. Enclos will add a fine dining restaurant to downtown Sonoma. Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong and Saison), Enclos will be offering a nightly Chef's tasting menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, we will showcase our wines as well as local and international wines.
Looking for the following FOH positions:

  • Captain
  • Back Server
  • Host
The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail.  While we prefer 2+ years in fine dining, a good attitude and a strong work ethic will be just as important.  The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Saturday for dinner only.  We offer competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, accrued vacation time and 401K.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($35.00 - $40.00)

Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401k, 4 day work week | 32-34 hours per week
