Job Details

Rezdôra is a 1 Michelin star and 3-star NY Times Italian restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.  The restaurant was founded by CIA grad chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer and we are located in the Flatiron district of New York City. 

We are currently looking for a passionate support staff who loves Italian food, wine, cocktails and culture to join our team.

We believe in a ‘whole house’ mentality and we expect all departments, both front & back of house to support and motivate each other to achieve our goal of guest satisfaction.

  • Values that are most important to us:
    • Hospitable Desire or the innate desire to do things for others above and beyond what we would find at a traditional restaurant or dining experience…make them remember you
    • Greatness/Dedication or running your position so other owners would look at you as an example of how things SHOULD be done versus how they ARE done
    • Integrity or always doing the right thing, especially when no-one is watching
    • Sense of Urgency & Creativity during service, and instilling in the staff a need for swift but elegant service
  • 2+ years of support staff experience in fine dining
  • Passionate interest in service and hospitality driven personality
  • Desire to learn in detail about traditional & authentic, Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
  • Experience with fine dining steps of service
  • Excellent dining room operations and knowledge, including steps of service
  • Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
