Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Castel's, a new restaurant in the heart of Gravesend, Brooklyn, is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Food Runners and Busboys.

Only open 5 Days a week for the first 6 months. Fridays and Saturdays off.

Position: Food Runner/Busboy

Location: Gravesend, Brooklyn

Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant

Availability: Must have open availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

· Expedite food orders from kitchen to table promptly and efficiently

· Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas

· Ensure tables are clean and properly set for guests

· Provide courteous and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience

· Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow

Qualifications:

· Prior experience working in a high-end restaurant environment, preferably with Michelin-star experience

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service

· Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
