Shift Lead

What will you be doing?

• Managing and Leading a team of to kitchen staff and front of house staff
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of our food and customer service
• Assisting manager with ordering inventory, supervising, and training to the team
• Assisting manager with SOP implementation
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and participating in audits and inspections
• Handle and resolve customer and employee concerns

What skills do you bring to the table?

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• One (1) year of previous restaurant experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team (1 year preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• New York State Food handler certification or willing to obtain asap
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS

What else do you need?

• US work authorization (required)
• High school or equivalent (GED)
• Culinary education or mentorship (preferred)
• Flexibility and an open schedule to allows you to cover shifts if needed
• Reliable transportation to get you to work
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift, which may include weekends

• Salary of $20 per hour plus TIPS! ( Additional $2 - $3 an hour on average)
