Our hospitality brand is 'friends and family' and we are seeking individuals who are able to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed, relaxed, and at home.
We are open for dinner service, Tuesday through Saturday, and are looking for a full-time committment. Job responsibilities include:
- Organizing the reservation book with consideration of turn times, server sections, and pace.
- Familiarity with Tock, Open Table, Resy, or alternate online reservation system
- Professional and warm communication skills
- Respond to guest phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Opening side work responsibilities including menu-printing, reviewing table plotting, etc.
- Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift
