Are you a seasoned Food & Beverage professional with a passion for hospitality? Look no further – an exciting opportunity awaits you at North Fork Table and Inn, part of JF Restaurants group! Nestled in the picturesque North Fork of Long Island, our iconic Inn offers a unique culinary experience.  

Some things you will be responsible for include:
  • Embrace the seasonal nature of the role and adapt to the demands of a vibrant summer season.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets
  • Maintain a consistent floor presence to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall dining experiences
  • Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members

Some things you should have:
  • A true passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
