New West Village restaurant Libertine seeks professional, hard-working and capable Maitre D to join the team.

Libertine is a new French bistro opening in May of 2023 on an historic corner of the West Village. Serving updated riffs on traditional and forgotten regional French dishes alongside natural wine and producer-driven cocktails, Libertine aims to celebrate local Northeastern American agriculture through a distinctly Francophilic lens.

In this position, under the direction of the Owner/General Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the managers and partners as a sort of representative or ambassador at each table.  You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for service and aid in keeping the restaurant running efficiently and cleanly.
