Ends Meat in Industry City is looking for a qualified person to join our team! Hiring immediately!

We're looking for someone who is motivated and excited to work in a whole animal butcher shop as our customer-facing butcher! This position is focused on customer service; making sure all of our customers get the cut they want, fabricated the way they'd like it. You will learn some aspects of whole animal butchery along the way, while learning the basics of working in a butcher shop, like how to debone pork shoulders, prep dry aged steaks, break chickens, set a beautiful butcher case, etc. 

While having some butcher shop and knife skills is good, it's not required. We're looking for someone who likes interacting with customers and gets satisfaction from making sure people leave happy! You'll learn about our farm network and the people dedicated to raising meat in a sustainable way for the land and the animal. You'll also learn how to get the most out of every animal; honoring the lifecycle of the animal and the hardwork the farmer did to get the animal to our shop.

With tips, these positions make $24-$26 an hour. We offer free lunch daily to all of our staff. Shifts are generally 10-6pm daily.
