HOURS - 30-40/wk
SHIFTS - 11am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday (in/out time flexible)
PAY - $20-25/hr based on experience
Prep responsibilities
- Filling out the count sheet at the beginning of each week to determine needs
- Preparing all components of the cocktail programs (juice, syrups, garnishes, batches)
- Labeling, dating, initialing on all perishable products prepped
- Unboxing, stocking, and organizing weekly liquor deliveries
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of beverage prep areas
- Checking freshness of components and rotating stock accordingly
- Setting up all garnishes in appropriate containers for service each day
- Communicating with management par adjustments based on stock outs and overage
- Suggesting updates to prep sheets to maximize efficiency
- As needed, assisting with stocking deliveries for kitchen
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
