Job Description:

The Plumedhorse restaurant is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen activities, developing menus, training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a high-end culinary establishment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail are crucial. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
