Renwick Hospitality Group's recent opening The Alderman at the brand new Motto By Hilton | Times Square and looking for servers to join the opening team. The Alderman is located in the heart of Times Square and will be offering a Modern American menu focused on being an escape for those visiting New York or rediscovering what Times Square has to offer. Our goal is to create lasting guest experiences through positive energy, a high level of service, and a focus on executing our curating guest experience.

Server responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:

• Upholding all standards based on company expectations.
• Bussing, running, & any other support needed to ensure guest experiences.
• Coffee & tea service.
• Punctuality 
• All steps of service including menu knowledge, coursing & firing, table setups beverage service, ++
• Kind and honest
• Team player
• ++++
