As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operation of our establishment and ensuring the delivery of high-integrity, consistent food, and exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate willl be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, culinary driven environment who posesses exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to uphold standards of food safety and sanitation.
Additional responsbilities inlcude but are not limited to
- invenotry management and cost controls;
- maintain established relationships with suppliers and vendors;
- compliance and reporting;
- ensuring operational efficiency;
- menu development and recipe training
Compensation and Benefits inlcude
- base salary ranging from $130,000 - $160,000;
- bonus program based off of perfomance and operational metrics;
