Job Details
Anju, the award winning Korean restaurant in Washington, DC, is looking for a sous chef to join our culinary team, lead by Chef Angel Barreto.  

Anju is open for dinner service nightly, with brunch service availble every Saturday and Sunday.  The menu features an array of dishes paying homage to all aspects of Korean cuisine, with the menu frequently changing according to season.  Special programs and events are also rotated throughout the year as well, providing an opportunity to cook and collaborate with guest chefs both locally and nationally.

We are looking for applicants who excel in a team-driven environment, with being able to handle volume while also maintaining standards with each dish cooked in our kitchen.  

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $60,000.00)
