The Alinea Group is looking for a full-time Overnight Cleaner to join our team! This is a full-time position, paid hourly, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including flat-tops, fryers, hoods, hood filters, ovens, etc
• Empty garbage and maintain the cleanliness of garbage areas
• Wipe down and polish stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, vacuum any carpeted areas
• Assist in the cleaning of dining rooms, common and outside areas

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Proven prior experience cleaning kitchens, restaurants, or similar establishments

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds
• Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift

• Competitive hourly wage at $20.00/hour
