Private Chef Michelin Star Experience Required
THREE STAR MICHELIN EXPERIENCE AT THE SOUS CHEF LEVEL OR ABOVE IS A REQUIREMENT!
This UHNW client is in Atherton. The family is two adults and one child (20's). Two meals a day - 5 days a week - leave food for the weekend. There are a lot of events on the estate that you will staff and cook for. Kitchen is a short distance from the main house. Some travel out of state is required. The client desires "tweezer food" for events and entertaining - and healthy plant forward California cuisine for the family. They would like a Private Chef that is creative, and curious, with an extensive repertoire of culinary styles. Must have high emotional intelligence - be able to collaborate with the client to create the culinary proogram the client wants. Check your ego at the door and be a great listener.
