Pan Pan is looking for a baker to join our dynamic and tight-knit team in a creative environment. Ability to start at 5am is required.
Opportunities for advancement within the restaurant group and to gain pastry and savory skills as desired. Work directly with Sam Short on an array of breads and pastries in a bright and beautiful space, you will be sure to learn and develop your pastry skills! You will be responsible for baking as well as producing bread and pastries, including viennoiserie.
Passion for breads and pastries is a must. Knowledge of food safety standards is strongly preferred, and food handlers certificate is a plus!
