A Forbes 4 diamond Casino Resort is now seeking a passionate Banquet Sous Chef to assist event functions. The property has 500 guest rooms, event space indoor/outdoor and concert venue.
The Sous Chef will act as Tournant to assist other outlets during slow season. This is a full time position.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in culinary, ideally in event production
- Understanding all scratch kitchen
- familiar with union environment
- culinary school degree preferred
