Mirate is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our FOH management team. Mirate is a bustling and busy contemporary Mexican restaurant and bar and our team is growing. Ideal candidate has extensive restaurant experience with a focus on restaurant management in a high volume elevated setting. Should have a go get em attitude, friendly, personable, hostpitality driven, and fun. Responsibilities include:
- Opening and or closing the restaurant.

Run and maintain and promote our service standards.

Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications,
guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.

Achieve company objectives in sales, service, and quality through training of
employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.

Schedule staff hours and assign duties.

Maintain and follow budget related to labor and other costs.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations
that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant,
employees, and guests.

Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation
procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

Investigate and resolve complaints

hiring and termination decisions, and evaluate employee performance.

Administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all
violations of company policies, rules and procedures.

Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.

Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and
efficient operations.
