Title of Position: Head Chef/Kitchen Manager
Job Description: As Head Chef/Kitchen Manager at our restaurant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading a team of chefs while managing food production operations within budgeted guidelines for quality assurance standards and labor costs. The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for developing menus that appeal to customers while maintaining profitability goals set by management. Your expertise in menu development and cost control will be put to good use as you engage your team members in fun yet effective ways that help them improve their skillset while producing high quality dishes on time every time.
