Position: Executive Chef

Salary: up to $120,000 base salary, bonus and benefits

Location: Dallas, Texas (relocation may be offered)

Executive Chef needed to run a new complex with over a dozen food outlets and restaurants as well as the high end, corporate dining center. This chef must have a past history of running multi-unit or multi-venue locations doing at least $20 million in sales a year. You will oversee all chefs and kitchen managers that are running the individual units as well as the chef overseeing the corporate dining that is feeding ovr 3500 people daily. You will also be producing all tastings for corporate catering and parties so you must be innovative with both food and presentation for this high-end client. A strong grasp of all P&L costs and keeping them in line and addressing high costs immediately is a must. Sales already nearing $35M and we are looking for someone with relevant experience. This is a very important position to this operation and we are looking for the best of the best.
