Job Details

The Shift Supervisor at Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream is the go-to team member of the counter team for both AM and PM shifts. A Supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership and problem solving acumen. They are someone with energy and are looking to grow and take on new responsibilities within the company. Eligible candidates must have a commitment to excellence and don't shy away from physical work.

A Store Supervisor will:
- Create a clear expectation for all the team members at Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream
- Lead the team by example in maintaining a high standard across all duties
- Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Set the tone for warm hospitality with both customers and other team members alike
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership in solving problems directly or communicating them effectively to upper management

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work station
- Inventory management
- Cash handling and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

Weekly day range:

  • Weekends as needed
 

Work Location: In person
