Job Details
Longtime Clinton Hill mainstay is looking for a restaurant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter and self-motivator, detail oriented, organized and capable of simultaneously managing multiple tasks. Be able to work in a fast paced environment and provide exceptional service to the guests. You will work closely with the General Manager, Chef and owners on a daily basis to lead the entire team and manage all aspects of the FOH operations of the restaurant. They will continue to build the restaurant's culture, leading by example and constantly improving our service with a strong focus on our guests' enjoyment.


Requirements include:
- Schedule Availablilty Wednesday - Sunday 12pm- 9pm (allowing for flexibility)
-2yrs management experience
-Ability to obsorbe constructive critique and grow into the roll 
-Have an open mind and be adaptable to change
-Excellent leadership, listening & communication skills
-Knowledge of general restaurant practices, procedures and concepts
-Strong knowledge of current craft beer, wine and cocktail trends
-Ability to drive and develop current seasonal beverage program
-Exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and ability to remain focused and professional in a fast-paced environment
-NYC food protection Certification

Responsibilities include:
-Host daily lunch, brunch and dinner services, being present on the floor during serives
-Staff managment, scheduling, hiring and training
-Ensure that established policies and standards are followed and maintained
-Communicate and work closely with the Chef
-Build relationships with the restaurant guests and ensure customer satisfaction by prompt resolution of any problems efficiently and effectively.
-Provide leadership and direction to employees to maximize efficiency and maintain high service standards
-Report back to management team
-Contribute input toward restaurant improvement
