My Healthy Eatz is a healthy alternative to fast food. We focus on salmon-based dishes that taste
great. Our Bench Press Burger, a house made salmon burger with our special sauce, is our
signature menu item.
We re looking for a chef with culinary and management experience.
Basic job duties include: following recipes, executing daily prep, providing warm and hospitable
customer service, receiving deliveries and processing invoices, driving the truck, maintaining
compliance to Philadelphia Health Department standards, managing a team of 2 4 people,
cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. You will report to and work directly with the
owner.
There is plenty of opportunity for advancement. My Healthy Eatz is looking to expand into a
brick-and-mortar operation in the next 12 24 months. A current chef / manager could end up
as a culinary director where the opportunity for menu development and multi-unit
management will become a reality.
Basic Requirements:
- A valid U.S. Driver s License
- Safe Serve Food Handler Managment Certificate (we ll pay for you to get certified if not already)
- The ability to lift 40lbs
- Covid vaccinate or willing to get it
Pay: Starting Pay is $21.00 and hour with the opportunity for a Salary and benefits in the future
based on the success of the business.
