Server/Bartender's Responsibilities:   

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Take cocktail orders promptly and accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to custom creations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in the serving area
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
• Handle credit card transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications: 

• Late night and weekend availability!
• Previous experience in bartending and serving required (minimum of 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Must be at least 21 years old 

This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team 

Physical Requirements: 

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals 
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces 
• Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environment
