Description:
The Server serves our guests in a formal restaurant setting using established rules of etiquette. Successful candidates will work in a non-tipping environment, perfect for those seeking steady hours and income. Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing superior customer service, will excel at building relationships, and have a professional and outgoing personality.
What you will do:
- Be a core team member in our high energy, polished casual, scratch restaurant
- Welcome each guest with a friendly greeting and a smile
- Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
- Take accurate food orders from the guests
- Serve guests in the dining room
- Ensure the restaurant is stocked and cleaned to start the next day
- Partner with other staff to meet target goals during your shift
- Provide amazing experiences: service comes from the mind, but hospitality comes from the heart!
What you need to have:
- Comfortability with technology
- Up-beat and engaging
- Desire to learn industry/gain experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
