We are looking for individuals to partner with our GM and Chefs to drive our vision and culture and support our company’s growth, and ideally be our next GM!

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of previous AGM or GM experience in a food and beverage focused full service or fast casual environment
• Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a happy and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
• Ensure that food is prepared and served according to our recipes, portions, and technique
• Ensure that all equipment is clean, safe and maintained
• Create a work environment that promotes a happy and productive team
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Understand and analyze the P&L and proactively course-correct as needed
• Have an active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
• Flexible and open availability is required
