We are seeking to hire experienced General Manager to oversee and lead our hospitality team. A minimum of 2 years experience in a NYC based managerial role is required. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to provide exceptional, engaged service to our customers and collaborate with kitchen team.

Duties & Requirements
Experience from Korean Restaurant prefered. 
Trains, schedules, and delegates work assignments to all Front of House team members.
Develops positive customer relationships and addresses customer service needs.
Responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.Appraises staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Develops strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Maintains physical facilities within the restaurant space.
Implements policies and protocols for restaurant operations.
Must be able to lift heavy boxes.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
New York City food handler’s certification.
