Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic High Volume Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced and high-volume dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality food in a high-volume setting. The High Volume Executive Chef will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, staff training, and ensuring the overall excellence of our culinary operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Menu Development:

    • Create innovative and appealing menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
    • Introduce innovative and trending culinary concepts while considering the scalability for high-volume production.
  2. Kitchen Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely production.
    • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards..
  3. Staff Leadership and Training:

    • Supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Lead by example, maintaining a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular tastings and inspections to maintain consistency.
    • Address customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in management meetings to contribute to overall restaurant strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
