WORLD SPA LOUNGE, which is a 250-seat restaurant and is the most fast-paced of all is located within the Spa area, where guests can either enjoy a cup of artisanal tea, a crafted cocktail, or fresh sushi and small plates in between experiencing multitude of Spa rooms and saunas or can reserve a cabana for a full-on feast or celebration. World Spa Lounge offerings represent the same regions as the Spa: Eastern European, Mediterranean, Asian and American. World Spa Lounge feels casual and unpretentious still offering the highest quality of food & beverages with a friendly, attentive service.

BIRCH&OAK is a VIP area with its own Bar and Restaurant, outdoor terrace that can be enjoyed by the Members during their Spa visit or on its own.
In addition to the three dining venues, World Spa features 2 exclusive Private Rooms that have their own saunas for groups of 22 and 15 guests.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menus that reflect World Spa's commitment to wellness and nutrition, utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and culinary concepts that align with World Spa's wellness philosophy and guest preferences.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.
• Monitor kitchen operations during service, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
• Assist with special events, private dining experiences, and culinary workshops as needed, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a high-volume, restaurant or hotel environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for wellness cuisine and a creative approach to menu development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
