Van Da, a Michelin Bib restaurant in the East Village, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef for our busy cold station. Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:


- At least 3 years of experience in a professional restaurant kitchen running the line
- Understanding of Southeast Asian cuisine
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task
- Primary responsibilities will be prep and executing dinner service
