Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and develop new menu items
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Strong knowledge of food management, hospitality, and food service management
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and regulations
- Excellent kitchen management skills, including shift management and team management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
