As the General Manager, the role encompasses various responsibilities spanning finance, operations,
and staff management. Financial duties include developing sales and profit plans, ensuring store
profitability, managing financial reporting, overseeing cash management, and controlling labor costs.
Operational tasks involve managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff
scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Staff management
responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating hourly employees, resolving conflicts,
and fostering a positive work environment. Essential functions include physical ability, fluency in English,
leadership skills, effective communication, flexibility in scheduling, and proficiency in software
applications. Compliance with company policies, attendance at mandatory meetings, and continuous
professional development are also integral parts of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in management, and a deep
understanding of the unique demands of the restaurant industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Financial Management: Develop and execute sales and profit plans, ensure store profitability,
manage financial reporting, oversee cash management, and control labor costs.
● Operational Oversight: Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff
scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
● Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate hourly employees, resolve conflicts, and
foster a positive work environment.
● Customer Service and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company drink and food recipes,
maintain high-quality and consistent product standards, and promote safe work habits.
● Leadership and Development: Act as a role model for outstanding service, continuously work to
elevate service standards, and provide ongoing training and development for staff members.

Physical Demands
● The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting
