Like its sister locations, Toro, Coppa and Little Donkey, Faccia a Faccia is the perfect combination of high volume, innovative menus and incomparable hospitality.
Faccia a Faccia is an elevated neighborhood restaurant featuring coastal Italian food and beverage programs. Additionally, Bar Pallino, a cozy yet sophisticated Natural Wine bar will be located in the lower level of Faccia a Faccia featuring a thoughtfully and passionately curated list by Beverage Director/Partner, Jodie Battles.
Get To Know the Job: Service Manager
JK Food Group is seeking an experienced, driven, energetic, very organized, highly motivated, team oriented, empathetic individual to lead the opening and anticipated success of Faccia a Faccia. The Service Manager will provide an inclusive and warm environment alongside the General Manager. It is imperative the Service Manager has the innate ability to gracefully provide warm hospitality in a fast paced/high volume environment and is enthusiastic about restaurant culture and continued education.
Get to Know Ken Oringer:
Ken is one of the founders of Off Their Plate, a program that provided employment for those most in need and quality nourishment for those we needed most during the pandemic, our incredible front line medical professionals. Jamie spearheaded the day to day operations / execution of meals, upwards of 800 meals per week, out of Little Donkey. Ken helped organize a rotation of medical professional recipients and assisted in ensuring the program received continued funding. They both are active leaders in Massachusetts Restaurant United, a coalition of independent restaurant professionals created to advocate for the restaurant industry. MRU has become the leading voice for our state’s independent restaurants, working with state legislators and local officials to secure needed support for struggling restaurants.
