We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality dishes following our standard recipes. Ensure consistency and accuracy in every dish, paying attention to presentation and taste.
- Cooking and Grilling: Grill, cook, and fry various menu items, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Properly handle and store food products to prevent contamination.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate cooking times and ingredients for efficient service. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect food products for quality and freshness. Assist in the ordering and receiving of ingredients to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
