Emeril’s restaurant is seeking a dining room manager.  2-3 years managerial experience in fine dining and extensive knowledge of food, cocktails and wine required. Candidates must have enthusiastic sense of hospitality with professional, friendly demeanor.  Devotion to customer service and positive employee relations abilities are a must.  Benefits include:

Opened in 1990, Emeril’s is a legendary dining institution located in New Orleans’ Warehouse District. Helmed by Chef E.J. Lagasse, Emeril's restaurant is built on a refined and elegant approach to Louisiana cooking, rooted in Chef Emeril Lagasse's signature bold flavors.

Emeril’s started an extensive renovation with a complete gutting of the interior of the building this past July. The team is setting out to provide a luxury dining experience through the lens of Louisiana culture, focusing on independent farmers and local sourcing. The two distinct tasting menus, Classic and Seasonal, will encapsulate the seasons in Louisiana while paying homage to the last 33 years of Emeril’s.

Upon reopening in the first two weeks of October, ‘The Wine Bar’ at Emeril’s will be accessible through the Julia Street entrance. The Salon will embody the Lagasse’s love of food, wine, music, and art. It will showcase small plates inspired by the team’s favorite dishes from around the world, as well as unfettered access to the restaurant’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine list. The Salon at Emeril’s will be an inviting setting for a glass of wine after work or sharing snacks with family and friends.
