Job Title: Server/FOH Operations
Overview:
We are small, family-owned restaurant with a busy, open kitchen.
We've been a stable business for 25 years and have a great group of regular guests and plenty of newcomers.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
· Prepare the restaurant before opening and closing shifts; complete scheduled side work
· Greet and seat guests
· Communicate with guests and assist them with their food and beverage selection
· Manage tables and guest experience
· Maintain professional and enthusiastic attitude
· Manage 3rd party delivery orders and other to-go orders by verifying order, packing food and distributing to drivers or customers
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum of 1-year experience in high-volume table service setting
· Ability to work weekdays & weekday evenings
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
· Ability to master the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offering
· Must be able to work independently and with limited support at times
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and the kitchen staff to provide exceptional guest service
· Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude
· Must have or be willing to complete all required food / alcohol certifications
