Required Qualities:
- Passion to provide exceptional guest service and attention to detail
- Personable, charming, and well spoken
- Warm and welcoming to both guests and staff
- Ability to cater to guest’s needs in fine dining format
- Able to work as a team player
- Ability to multitask; and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and and high hospitality standard
- Must have good supervisory skills and able to delegate when appropriate
- Must have good communication skills and full understanding of menu to promote sales
- Must have strong wine and food knowledge and well versed in Chinese or Asian cuisine is a plus but not required
- Need to be familiar with POS operations
- Successfully adhere to Steps of Service
- Availability to work on evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team and follow staff to execute service standards
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by the schedule.
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage to provide guests with a high quality dining experience.
- Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.
