We are Virginia's Darling, We are a wine bar & bistro in Old Town, Alexandria. Our menu is an eclectic mix of New American small plates. Our wine list is approachable & focused on female wine-makers. Our cocktails are refreshing & distinct. Our environment is decidedly laid back.

The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, possesses excellent service and hospitality skills, and has a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

What we bring:
- A close knit team of industry professionals striving for the best hospitality we can provide by staying knowledgeable, adaptable & refined in all that we do.
- We are currently closed Sundays & Mondays to allow for two days off in a row for all staff members.
- Paid Time Off for all employees, yes, even part time!
- Ongoing food, liquor & wine training for team members.
- No late nights!

What you bring:
- A genuine passion for the guest experience.
- Service experience in an upscale casual environment (no table length bistro aprons here, but we are polished)
- Strong fundamental food, wine & cocktail knowledge, We love the classics!
- Open availability
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift & ability to lift 50+ lbs (sixtel kegs & things)

Pay is $7.25 plus tips, and tips average $30 - $40 an hour.
