Restaurant Gabriel Kreuther, a Relais & Chateaux, Two Michelin-starred restaurant, is hiring full-time pastry cooks. Join our passionate team to execute seasonal plated desserts and pastries with state-of-the-art tools and high-volume production with an emphasis on quality and flavor. This is an hourly cook position with opportunities for growth.

Joining our team provides the opportunity to work with inventive pastry concepts, training and learning in pastry through classical French technique and inspired by classic New York and Global flavor combinations.

Responsibilities will encompass all elements of restaurant production, menu development, different avenues of restaurant menu concepts as well as some assisting with chocolate production.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. Team players are a must. 
• Uphold the highest standards of organization and cleanliness according to health department rules and regulations.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong personal drive, work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure.
• A genuine passion and knowledge for food and pastry.

 Experience:

• Prior degree in Baking and/or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred, but not required.
