Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Busser. The Busser will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, assisting with customer service, and ensuring that the dining room is clean and presentable. The Busser will also be responsible for helping the kitchen staff with food and beverage preparation and delivering food to customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and preparation
- Training and/or experience in customer service roles
- Physical capability to lift and carry trays/busing tubs up to 30lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of Thai language a plus
Relevant qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service roles, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
