Position Requirements
• At least,1 year experience in fine dining, fast-paced environment
• Polished, fine dining, fast-paced environment
• Role model for outstanding experience; work to elevate standards through exceptional, efficient, warm customer service
• Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times
• Drive team to achieve targets for review scoring:
• Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages
• Plans, executes and communicates information effectively and efficiently.
• Proactive member with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Ability to relate at all levels of guest/employee experience
