Will take and serve food, wine and beverage orders in a high-volume, casual fine-dining restaurant. Must be able to maintain communication with guests and kitchen to ensure proper timing of all stages of guest meals and create a hospitable environment at all tables. Extensive knowledge of food and wine preferred. Must have enthusiastic sense of hospitality with professional, friendly demeanor. Must have good grooming, get along well with others, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
