We are currently looking for experienced Servers as well as 1 Lead Server who are at least 18 years old, with great personalities and enjoy engaging with the community. Candidates must have Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability.
All Servers and Lead Servers will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while staying engaged with guests throughout their dining experience by taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining the table and providing warm, courteous and efficient service with accurate cash handling practices. All servers and leads must be warm and welcoming and possess excellent communication and customer service skills, while answering customer questions concerning the menu, including item descriptions or how the restaurant prepares the food.
Lead Servers are responsible for training, mentoring, guiding and leading a team of servers in a restaurant. They teach new employees how to serve customers in the restaurant's style and work according to safety and sanitization expectations. They must also have strong time management and multitasking skills to perform duties in a fast paced restaurant environment. They are responsible for assisting the guests' needs, responding to their inquiries, and immediately addressing their dining concerns.
Lead servers take on responsibility for the shift and for all service staff when a manager is not present. They support and guide all service staff to ensure all job tasks are completed for the shift. This includes opening and closing side work duties as well as ensuring the restaurant is open and ready for service and/or properly shut down for the night. They also support all serving staff to resolve any issues a customer encounters with food or service and report all issues to management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and interact with guests according to our Service Standards
- Take guest orders and accurately enter into POS system
- Accurately process cash and/or credit card transactions to close the ticket and provide correct change (if required).
- Answer customers' questions and involve a manager if not able to resolve the issue.
- Accountable for the accurate reconciliation of the drawer at end of shift.
- Prepare the station for opening to ensure it is well stocked and clean.
- Stock paper goods for food service to ensure uninterrupted service for the day.
- Maintain station during service
- Run food and beverages as needed
- Stock beverages in the cooler to ensure uninterrupted service for the day.
- May expedite guest orders occasionally.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven working experience as a server
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.
Bartending experience is a plus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- One year of experience as a casual upscale dining Server or equivalent
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Food Handler Certification
- Responsible Alcohol certification
- Harassment Certification
