An HR Assistant will act as an onboarding specialist and the primary point of contact for hourly employees at Schulson Collective. They will provide a world-class onboarding experience for newly hired employees for the restaurants. They are responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee. 

Qualifications:

1. Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
2. Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
3. Quick learner.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and make simple decisions independently.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Fluency in both English and Spanish
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite. 
8. Proficiency in HR Systems, ADP
9. Assists employees in enrolling in company benefit package and maintains all benefits records.
10. Assists in Payroll processing by reviewing for accuracy

Supervisory Role:

There are no supervisory roles.

Required Education and Experience

1. High school diploma required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
2. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Must have excellent organizational skills.
4. Prior administrative experience preferred.
5. Must have strong base knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
6. Prior experience using ADP products is preferred.
7. Strong Spanish speaking skills preferred
