What we are looking for in a line cook:
- A natural curiosity and interest in learning about Vietnamese culture and food.
- Must be able to consistently work both Saturday and Sunday - if you can not, please don’t apply as it won't work for us.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen working as a line cook in NYC.
- Working knowledge of how to work different stations. Saute, grill, wok and the ability to set up and break down a station.
- Stable personal life (i.e. can regularly work the schedule that is assigned, minimal outside distractions)
- Humble, empathetic, kind, coachable, willing to own up to your mistakes and shortcomings - if these are traits that you identify with you will fit in with us.
- Values teamwork and enjoys being part of a team.
- Reliable, self motivated and dependable.
- NO ASSHOLES / NO TOXICITY / NO PASSIVE OR DIRECT AGGRESSION. We are an ego and drama-free kitchen and plan to keep it that way.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
